- Provide after sales service to the company client, to ensure campaign is executed on timely manner by working with internal team member
- Plan and execute strategy to ensure new clientele growth target is achieved for Viet Nam
- Maintain, grow and broaden relationship with clients to take on additional service from the company
- Work with sales team to ensure sufficient business leads is generated and prospecting is carried out effectively
- Work with relevant departments and teams to ensure consistent service quality and deliver results which meet or exceed clients expectations

- Have interest in digital marketing sales, 1-2 years of experience in Sales B2B or account management
- Good command in English or Cantonese

1. Company size? - We have 8 person in Malaysia, 4 in Vietnam and 2 in Indonesia
2. How many members in your account management team? - So far 2 person
3. How many accounts does this person need to manage? - Depend on need, can't fix it nor estimate
4. Report directly to whom? - Report directly to Regional Director for the time being
5. What is the main reason for disqualified candidates? - We need to look for candidate that can speak decent English or Cantonese, we do not want digital marketing freelancers to join us
6. Are there any special requirements? (gender, age limit, appearance,...) - Prefer Female
7. What is the interviewing process? (how many rounds, agenda for each round, who is the interviewer,...) - Normally 1 round of interview with the Regional director, to understand the skillset and experience of the candidate
8. Open to expat? - No
9. Will be online interview for this position right? - Yes
10. Company will cover insurance? Is it full-salary insurance? - All government required will be covered
11. Any special benefits for employees? - Yes, will be disclose to them upon confirmation of hiring
12. Working hours - We normally work from 9AM to 6PM
13. Working location (or remote) - Remote due to Covid19
14. The range of salary is fixed? - kind of fixed, but can be negotiable, however the position we looking for are junior role, so experience is not really needed.
