- Researching, planning and overseeing market trends and the company's initiatives
- Finding and developing new market niches, targeted segments and improving sales
- Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met
- Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills, by conducting formally and informally coaching sessions
- Creating, testing, following, managing, and improving the completed toolsets for the whole team, including sales processes, sales kits, sales scripts
- Managing and leading BD team, including Telesales and On-field salespeople, Senior BD Executives, Account Management Executives
- Maximizing the capacity and efficiency of the team through measurable activities
