The Member Service Representative provides high quality customer service to internal and external customers. This position is responsible for processing Member new registration timely, and accurately following department processes, procedures and policies while performing daily responsibilities.

- Most of Herbalife's sales are from its distributor network. Distributors are responsible for providing receipts for sales and proving they have legitimate customers.
- "Member" refers to Distributors.
DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
- Support Members in completing registration procedure and deliver high-quality customer service
- Process Member new registration following proper payment handling procedures at all times to ensure accuracy when handling payments in the form of cash, personal checks, credit card, money orders, cashier check, royalty check or travelers check and when balancing register at the beginning and end of shift.
- Maintain a professional and business-like approach to internal and external customers
- Responsible for staying current with all internal communication updates
- Assist with various back-office tasks as needed

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- At least 3 years of working experience in customer service industry or relevant MLM/Direct Selling with cash handling experience.
- Proficiency in verbal and written in English
- Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal skills
- Good computer literacy (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
Others:
- Ability to provide superb customer service and resolve problems independently under the company’s guidelines
- Self-motivated and attentive to details with strong initiative
- Ability to work in a result-oriented atmosphere under pressure and meeting tight deadlines as flexible working hours maybe required
- Well groom and manner.

- Vị trí này sẽ hỗ trợ các nhà phân phối đăng ký trở thành thành viên chính thức của Herbalife. Vị trí này sẽ nhận hồ sơ đăng ký từ các nhà phân phối và đồng thời kiểm tra, nhập dữ liệu, hỗ trợ nhà phân phối hoàn tất hồ sơ theo đúng quy tắc ở Herbalife.
- Tuyển nhân viên nữ
- Ứng viên không nhảy việc (gắn bó ít nhất 2-3 năm ở những công ty trước)
- Yêu cầu ứng viên có khả năng giao tiếp tiếng Anh khá vì định kỳ sẽ báo cáo cho vùng (ở bên Mỹ) và tham gia những buổi đào tạo bằng tiếng Anh.
