*Herbalife business model & What is "Member"?
- Most of Herbalife's sales are from its distributor network. Distributors are responsible for providing receipts for sales and proving they have legitimate customers.
- "Member" refers to Distributors.
DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
- Support Members in completing registration procedure and deliver high-quality customer service
- Process Member new registration following proper payment handling procedures at all times to ensure accuracy when handling payments in the form of cash, personal checks, credit card, money orders, cashier check, royalty check or travelers check and when balancing register at the beginning and end of shift.
- Maintain a professional and business-like approach to internal and external customers
- Responsible for staying current with all internal communication updates
- Assist with various back-office tasks as needed
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Proficiency in verbal and written in English
- Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal skills
- Good computer literacy (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
Others:
- Ability to provide superb customer service and resolve problems independently under the company’s guidelines
- Self-motivated and attentive to details with strong initiative
- Ability to work in a result-oriented atmosphere under pressure and meeting tight deadlines as flexible working hours maybe required
- Well groom and manner.
