EXTERNAL AUDIT:
- Prepare financial data to support periodic government report, regular government inspection (i.e. VCA, HCM DOIT, Ha Noi DOIT and provinces)
INTERNAL AUDIT:
- Support internal audit: including but not limited at full scope audit, FCPA, SOX, US GAAP
- Implement sound internal controls, accounting policies and procedures for financial/ operational areas
TAXATION:
- Optimize Company’s tax burden in line with local tax laws
- Meet deadlines of all tax reports and payment
- Keep tracing and updating Group guidelines and local accounting and tax regulations
- Support and Follow up tax investigation results
- Coordinates corporate tax reporting pursuant to the Vietnam tax laws
- Depends on assignment, this headcount will support Finance Manager for overseas task (within above scope)
ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS
- Communicate with cross-function to ensure financial needs are being addressed and met
- Interacts with auditors, tax authorities, insurance companies, distributors, vendors & consultants for daily operation.

The following are the minimum qualifications which an individual needs in order to successfully perform the duties and responsibilities of this position.
- Degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent Professional qualification, CPA
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an accounting/finance management or supervisory level
- Computer literate with high proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Big4 Audit experience
- Strong local accounting and tax knowledge.
- Experience in a multi-national organization environment
- Independent, good communication
- Effective communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
