● Develop a robust pipeline of opportunities and build a solid relationship with potential B2B clients, influential individuals/affiliates, or communities through traditional approaches and creative marketing campaigns (in collaboration with other teams)
● Work for entails crafting national or international business development strategies.
● Work alongside the regional business development manager in the areas of strategy, sales operations, and financial goals of the department.
● Agree on sales targets/objectives that are measurable and achievable annually/monthly
● Mentor and develop staff, including providing consistent and actionable feedback.
● Collaborate with the product team and customer support team to deliver customized product solutions and satisfactory services.
● Accountable for communication, interviewing and hiring, training employees, and leveraging team and individual strengths, managing performance; rewarding and disciplining employees.
● Responsible for coordination, evaluation, and continuous improvement of the department/team, high-performance team approach, and creating a positive climate where people want to do their best.

● Study abroad and have an excellent academic background
● Proven work experience with track record in Business Development or similar roles
● Wide network with government departments, public schools, English centers and companies
● Experiences worked for Internet products. SaaS + Edtech is perfect

- B2B Sales + tiếng anh phải thật tốt (du học về, education background sáng,...)
- Hiện team có 7 bạn Senior BD (8-10 năm kinh nghiệm)
- Sales hunting, chứ ko phải sales operation (tìm ra thị trường mới, approach khách hàng, convince KH sử dụng product của mình)
- Ứng viên phải có proven record in SaaS selling
- Prefer từ startup đã run thành công (brand tốt như Momo,...)
- Đánh thị trường VN (là chủ yếu) hoặc SEA cũng được (vd current team bán product cho Châu Mỹ La Tinh, Đông Âu,...) > miễn sao bán được là được
- Đối tượng KH: trường học, trung tâm anh ngữ, cơ quan đoàn thể, hệ thống đại lý phân phối, bán qua KOL > market rộng
- Cần người có vision rộng chứ ko chỉ cần mỗi sales skill tốt
- Mức lương: 3000-5000 USD cho base, commission tùy vào độ senior của ứng viên
