This position is primarily responsible to supervise Warehouse Operations & inventory management in a Herbalife Sales Centre / Access Points. Will also be responsible to manage a highly efficient warehouse team for managing warehouse operations which include fast order pick & pack to ensure Members Pickup orders are fulfilled in a short time. Additionally responsible for Oracle System Entry Operations, Compliance , Inventory accuracy & providing regular operation KPI reports to management
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for Sales Centre / Access Point Warehouse Team
ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS
Interacts with all levels throughout organization; locally, regionally
DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
Warehouse Operations (Sales Centre / Access Point)
1. Manage Warehouse Operations, including efficient fulfilment of Pickup Orders
2. Responsible for managing Warehouse Team and allocation of staff schedules , Daily briefing.
3. Maintain storage area by organizing floor space & ensuring that stocks are stored safely
4. Maintaining hygiene, safety and security of warehouse work environment
5. Ensure warehouse equipment is in good condition, including troubleshooting breakdowns; requiring preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.
6. Ensure that Member Complaints related to Pickup Orders are attended / escalated immediately for resolution within 24 Hrs
7. Provide Training to Warehouse Team on Supply Chain Procedures
8. Coordinate with 3PL contractors to manage replenishment / offloading into warehouse
Compliance & Inventory Accuracy
1. Compliance with Herbalife GSP requirements and local Health & foods safety standards
2. Ensure compliance with Supply Chain SOPs & SOX requirements.
3. Ensure Cycle Counts & Physical counts are conducted on a regular basis as per Company Policy
4. Inventory Accuracy Target is met by ensuring all variances are reconciled immediately & adjustments posted in Oracle
System Entry & KPI Reporting
1. Ensure Oracle is kept upto date & data entry for transactions is completed within 24 Hrs Data
2. Ensure All Miscellaneous Transactions are approved as per Matrix
3. Update monthly reports for KPIs of Warehouse to report performance & identify improvement areas
Others
1. Support company Events as and when required
2. Support implementation of Projects aimed at process improvement, cost savings, reduce manual efforts for Warehouse Operations & Reporting

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
· More than 5-7 yrs experience in Managing Warehouse Operations
· Experience in Oracle / SAP / WMS for Inventory Management
· Experience in Retail Store Management or 3PL Distribution Warehouse Operations
· Good communication skills in English ( both Oral & Written )
· Strong Computer skills including the complete Microsoft Office package especially Excel.
Others:
· Good presentation and reporting skills
· Good time management and multi-tasking management skills
· Result Oriented with Good organizational and problem solving skills with the ability to changing priorities
· Ability to interact effectively with all levels.
· Ability to manage time effectively, set priorities and meet deadlines
· Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change as the external environment and organization evolves.
· Ability to solve practical problems and carry out responsibilities under general supervision.

- Vị trí này không trực tiếp quản lý kho vì Herbalife đã outsource cho bên thứ 3. Nhiệm vụ của vị trí này là training, làm với đối tác để quản lý kho
- Ưu tiên ứng viên đã có kinh nghiệm đi set up kho và quản lý kho
- Tuyển nhân viên nam vì vị trí này thường xuyên đi công tác (set up kho + đi training đối tác)
- Ứng viên không nhảy việc (gắn bó ít nhất 2-3 năm ở những công ty trước)
