We are looking for someone with 3 year+ of experience in managing a Shopify Web Site.
A self-motivated, forward-thinking individual, who can multitask and deliver online sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a business-driven mindset and will constantly look for ways to improve business, maximize sales and grow our team.
This is a great opportunity for someone to take ownership of the Shopify Platform for Everboots, creating a buzz, connecting with our target audience, and helping push brand awareness.
- Day-to-day responsibility for the efficient and effective running of the website (built on a Shopify platform).
- Analytics across all channels to increase traffic and revenue
- Optimising the Shopify customer experience.
- Product Management and Performance
- Digital marketing including Google Shopping, Social, SEO, PPC, and the Affiliate Network.
- Keeping up to date on new channels and advise how they might support our business

With this being a fast-paced role, this would suit an experienced detail-focused marketer who is ready to roll their sleeves up and be hands-on. - At least 3 years of experience in the Shopify e-commerce platform, systems, and tools.
- At least 2 years of digital and e-commerce marketing experience from a consumer goods environment.
- Must speak English fluently and studied abroad in the USA.
- Highly commercial with a proven ability to deliver profit and growth.
- Must have proven experience developing e-commerce strategy, CRM, and email campaigns as well as good knowledge of digital marketing channels, including paid social ads, affiliates, display PPC, and SEO.
- GDPR knowledge essential.
- Experience of working in a fast-paced, creative start-up environment and experience of building a brand on a digital platform essential.
- Proficient in analytical and automation software (e.g.: Google Analytics).
- Knowledge and enthusiasm for emerging technologies and trends.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to project manage cross-functionally
- Highly organized, self-starter with strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and self-time management is a must
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and enthusiastic.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing disciplines, strategy, and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present to audiences with confidence is essential.
