- Prepare Accounting Documentation;
- Make payment to supplier;
- Attend monthly stock count;
- Review and support inventory control;
- Prepare accounting entries to ensure accuracy, all transactions are recorded in system, included offset transaction and accrual transaction;
- Prepare Internal Monthly Report: P&L, TB, Balance Sheet, Cash flow report;
- In charge of taxes declaration (VAT, FCT, PIT, CIT) and other relevant taxes matters.
- Assist Chief Accountant to prepare relating tax data; liaise with external authorities as requirement.
- Make tax report/payment and communicate with custom & tax department.
- Work with Auditor

- Bachelor degree in Accounting/Financial
- At least 2-3 years working experience in trading, retails or MLM business
- Strong knowledge in Vietnamese Tax's regulations (CIT, PIT, FCT) and accounting principles...
- Details-focus, critical thinking, strong responsibility, healthy and positive working attitude
- Good communication skills & teamwork
- Good at speaking and writing English
- Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft office, Excel, PowerPoint)
