● At least 3 years of relevant working experience
● Conceptualize, design fully detailed scenarios of mobile games as required: features, content, interface...
● Build level, evaluate, analyze & balance the game.
● Monitor stats, ratings, and feedback from players to adjust gameplay and difficulty accordingly.
● Identify user needs and market dynamics to create directions and strategies.
● Analyze the indicators in the game to give a reasonable direction to improve the product.
● Must Include portfolio.

Do WFH freelance nên BGame không cần ứng viên phải commit số giờ làm mỗi ngày, nhưng yêu cầu ứng viên hoàn thành công việc đúng deadline thoả thuận và trả lời thắc mắc của team nhanh nhất có thể trong giờ hành chính.
Hiện tại BGame trả theo từng phase con của dự án, trả trước up to 50% hoặc trả theo từng tháng. Range thì để ứng viên tự suggest và BGame deal với họ sau nhé.
