- Define a clear plan with short-term wins and mid-term strategic activities through different channels to re-engage and re-convert customers
- Write product and advertising content to communicate product value with customers
- Work with product team to define new features that increase channel growth, retention and customer lifetime value
- Design customer journeys, matching multi-channel communications with each stage of the customer journey
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- 3+ years management experience
- Experience in Leads Management with demonstrated results in increasing retention rates, customer lifetime value and channel development
- Experience with brand messaging & customer communications
- Experience in the education industry is a plus
- High / Intermediate level of written and spoken of English
