-对存续产品和待开发产品执行承保风险分析判断，形成独立报告，汇报相关领导；
Analyze the underwriting risks of the current products and those under-developed and report to the person may concern.
-负责和中介，再保公司的谈判，签约；
In charge of the negotiation and contract signing with intermediary and reinsurance companies.
-负责各险种业务统计分析，组织开展经营分析；
Statistical analysis of all the insurance business.
-推动和完善核保工作的工作流程，权限设置，系统配置等内控工作；
Improve the internal control including the process and procedure of underwriting, authorization and allocation.
-组织安排针对华语团队的技术支持和培训；
Arrange training and technical support for Chinese Team.
-深度协助华语团队开拓市场和客户营销工作，包括渠道建设；
Assist the Chinese Team to exploit the market and build the customer market and channels.
-深度协助华语平台的品牌建设工作，产品推广工作；
Assist the Chinese Team in brand building and product promotion.
-完成集团领导交办的其他任务。

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
-本科及以上，保险、精算专业毕业。
Bachelor Degree or above, insurance or actuary major preferred.
-具备5年以上保险产品设计或相关经验，专业理论扎实，了解保险产品设计、定价、核保、理赔等。
5+years experience in insurance product design or related and understand insurance product design, pricing, underwriting and claim.
-熟悉和研究保险行业各大险种、责任、条款以及保险产品设计原理。
Familiar with major insurances, coverages, policies and the insurance product design.
-兼有保险产品、运营、渠道营销管理等工作经历者优先。
With the experience in management of insurance product, marketing and channels preferred.
-熟悉和研究相关监管政策，行业标准。
Familiar with relating supervision policies and industry standard.
-优秀的行业洞察能力，良好的沟通协调、商务谈判能力。
With good insight of the insurance industry and sound communication, negotiation and collaboration ability.
-英语流利，可作为工作语言，具备海外留学或工作经历优先。
Fluency in English and with the background of overseas study and work preferred.
