As Recruitery’s Community builder and Content creator, you will build and execute strategies for community growth that align with company initiatives. You will be the voice of Recruitery across Linkedin, Telegram and other channels, interacting regularly with community members to build excitement, acquire new users and turn them into evangelists.
You are self-motivated, data-driven, thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy talking about business, startup & talent attractions. You are passionate about growing communities and understand the nuances of tailoring your message to different audiences.
What You’ll Do:
- Own, plan, and implement our social & community strategy
- Create engaging social content for recruiter, headhunter, employer, and founders
- Engage with recruiter/headhunter communities daily through owned channels (Linkedin, Telegram, etc.) to increase our reach, awareness, and engagement
- Build a strong relationship with the community.
- Create/design content and blog posts as thought leadership.
- Keep a pulse on what the hot topics of conversation & market trends are. And identify key content to keep community-engaged/attract newcomers

What You Bring to the Team (Requirements):
- 3+ years’ experience in community building across various channels: Telegram, Linkedin,...
- Experience as admin or moderator of a community (highly preferred. Telegram group)
- Tech startup experience
- Good content-creative and basic design skills.
- Demonstrated experience managing an engaged social media community
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, good English
- Empathy — towards partners, potential partners and team members
- Self-starter, biased towards action (you don’t wait to be told exactly what to do)
- Flexible, can switch contexts and priorities rapidly
- Strong interpersonal skills (you will be working with team members across different disciplines)
- Ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs
