Recruitery is is a fast-growing HR tech startup and SouthEast Asia leading referral recruitment platform for companies that are proactive about approaching the best talent.
Over 700 companies use Recruitery to assist their talent acquisition efforts. Over 4,000 professional recruiters/headhunters have registered on Recruitery.
As trusted partners, the Recruitment Support is responsible for driving a customer’s overall support experience and is part of the Customer Success team.
Roles as a Recruitment Support Our purpose is broad and includes:
• Coordinating recruitment activities on Recruitery platform
• Working with Recruitery's users (recruiter/ headhunter) to help them understand the job and find the right candidates for our clients whilst (like VNG, OPPO, SEA Group, PwC, KMS, ...)
• Making sure support requests are moving well
• Managing critical situations and escalations
• Educate clients/user on all significant product changes + new features
• Relationship management between our clients (employers) and headhunters/candidates

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• 3+ years of professional experience, of which at least 2 should be in customer-support at a Recruitment company or Recruiter role at a fast-growing tech startup company
• Good communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and in-person
• Good communication in English
• Born between 1997-1989
• Only Vietnamese
