- Daily, check and process orders on all sale channels. Complete paperwork and transfer to the warehouse for fulfillment
- Organize and store all documents related to Operation Department
- Set-up and maintain Information System necessary for Operation Department
- Contact with customers, agencies to resolve issues
- Ensure tight and good communication between all Departments and Employees.
- Well coordinate with other departments to complete the tasks
- Resolve all incurred issues actively
