Mô tả công việc

 Setting goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company’s plans and vision
 Organizing workflow and ensuring that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks
 Monitoring employee productivity and providing constructive feedback and coaching
 Pass on information from upper management to employees and vice versa
 Prepare and submit reports per sales request
 Liaise with Customer on Quotation, Samples, Orders and Deliveries
 Update & follow up with salesman, customers on sales inquiries
 Check and contact with customers from different platforms under QH Distribution (Website,
Voicemail, Mail, etc.)
 Coordinate and follow up on tasks related to other departments
 Organize and ensure proper execution of Secretarial Tasks of Sales Department (Documents, Catalogs, Pictures, Price Lists etc.) and support Sales Team with assistance of daily tasks
 Set-up and maintain Information System necessary for Sales Department
 Ensure tight and good communication between all connected Departments and Employees on relevant Sales Topics

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

 Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions at least 3 years
 Proven experience as supervisor or relevant role
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
 Good computer skills (MS Office)
 Proficiency in English
 Well-organized and responsible with an attitude in problem-solving
