Mô tả công việc
- Manage inventory (incoming, available, forecast…). Make sure the stock is always available for fulfillment
- Daily, check and process orders on all sale channels. Complete paperwork and transfer to the warehouse for fulfillment
- Keep track and ensure all the work orders and shipments (in and out) are done on time, and all billing related to the services the warehouse does is billed correctly
- Organize and store all documents related to Service Department
- Set-up and maintain Information System necessary for Service Department
- Contact with customers, agencies to resolve issues
- Ensure tight and good communication between all Departments and Employees.
- Well coordinate with other departments to complete the tasks
- Resolve all incurred issues actively

- Good computer skills (MS Office)
- Proficiency in English
- Well-organized and responsible with an attitude in problem-solving
- At least 1 year proven experience in sales, ecommerce, operation positions.
