- Prepare and translate contracts with suppliers
- Ensure that the company respects the legal requirements
- Fill all legal and important documents (soft and hard copy)
- Ensure red invoices are well received from the suppliers
- Track expense (file receipts)
- Follow suppliers’ payments and take action (send reminders to accountant.)
- Support requirements from accountants
- Manage the petty cash of the company
- Follow up the financial transactions (monthly/ quarterly/ yearly)
HR
- Coordinate recruitment operations (post job advertising, scan CVs, organize interviews, prepare and send the job offer)
- Manage newcomers’ orientation / induction program
- Coordinate training
- Prepare contracts and follow-up
- Organize team building activities: dinner, parties, celebrations at office (birthdays...), company trips
- Coordinate improvements of work environment and ensure stationaries are sufficient

- Process of Recruitment
- Know how to handle administration tasks
- Basic knowledge in Retail and Distribution industry is a plus
- English - intermediate level
- Open-minded and good listener
