Being part of Sucden Vietnam trading team, including Sugar, Coffee. Lead Sucden Asia’s white sugar marketing in Vietnam.
- In coordination with Hong Kong white sugar traders, be responsible for the marketing of imported white sugar in Vietnam.
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers to create value and solutions.
- Identify new customers and build business relationships with them.
- Work with customers to enhance service and better understand their business.
- Ensure timely execution of contracts and delivery of shipments to customers, by investigating and resolving logistics issues.
- Monitor customer's orders and exposure risks.
- Responsible to gather, compile and deliver Supply and Demand information to Sucden’s Research team.

Qualifications:
- Fluent in English;
- Sugar or Commodity background.
Education & Experience:
- University (degree)
- Min 5 years in Trading in Sugar or Commodities
- Min 5 years’ experience of P&L, Risk management and trading in the sugar or commodity industry
- Understanding of and experience in a processing operation
- Experience and understanding of law with regards to factory labor and foremen
Personal skills:
- Global understanding and mindset
- Advance leadership skills, excellent communication and ability to clarify/put across a point, relationship management-internal as well as external
- Impeccable sense of Ethics
- Entrepreneurial spirit and good commercial sense
- Strong organizational skills in structure, account, risk management and control
- Good motivational and conflict resolution skills across the cultural spectrum
- Disciplined approach to adhering to guidelines, objectives and changes assumptions
- Quantitatively and analytically motivated and astute
