This position reports to Director and work with company managers and staff. You will be responsible of managing clients' financial transactions, reconciling bak statements and calculating tax payments and returns. To be successful in this role, you should be sensitive with spotting numerical mistakes, and be able to communicate with clients to understand their requirements and act accordingly. Ultimately, you need to deliver year-end closing financial report and tax filing on time.
- Manage clients' accounts by handling the book- keeping and deliver statement of Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flows and General Ledger.
- Prepare Unaudited Financial Statements, including XBRL format.
- Assist to prepare and file Estimated Chargeable Income, Corporate Income Tax Return and Tax Computation with the In land Revenue Authority of Singapore.
- Conduct credit control on clients to ensure healthy cash flow of the company.
- Other ad-hoc duties, when required.

- Diploma holder with background in accounting, finance or relevant with at least 2-3 years of relevant working experience.
- Able to effectively deliver accurate results with quality, attention to detail.
- Independent, able to balance competing priorities and timely finish tasks assigned with minimum observation.
- Team player.
