The ProSpark Business Analyst (PH) reports to the Managing Director and Co-Founder and is responsible for providing solutions related to the implementation of ProSpark systems to the clients, familiarizing end-users with platform use and benefits. The Business Analyst will be a central point of contact between Business Development, Technology Group, and clients in gathering client requirements, analyzing and translating these requirements for the development teams. He/She will ensure successful platform adoption, monitoring closely and providing insights from data pulled from our AI tool. He/She will effectively communicate these findings to the respective departments for their action, and follow through until the goal is achieved.
He/She will also assist in special projects to be assigned by the Executive team, using creative thinking and problem-solving skills to ensure successful delivery of such projects.
● Provide overall support to the Managing Director in all operational requirements
● Work with cross-functional teams and clients from requirements gathering until successful implementation of ProSpark systems, effectively managing project delivery timelines and quality
● Act as point of contact for adoption data and analytics, providing insights into available data pulled from AI tool
● Work with the management team to address concerns and develop solutions, and more importantly, drive fresh initiatives to improve company processes
● Prepare and update presentations and documentations for client meetings, product demo, and internal use
● Maintain strong knowledge of ProSpark’s products and policies, and educating end-users and external stakeholders on the benefits of ProSpark
● Act as liaison between departments to maintain quality communication between teams
● Provide executive-level support, manage appointments and schedule meetings whenever necessary
● Ensure all corporate information is maintained and kept up to date, confidential and organized

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
● Graduate of Business, IT, Management, or similar, with GPA of 3.5 or better
● With 2-3 years of solid experience as Business Analyst, Project Manager, Implementation Manager ideally in a technology startup
● High proficiency in GSuite, especially Google Sheets and Slides
● Tech-savvy, detail-oriented and with great reporting skills
● Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
● Strong leadership, analytical, and organization Skills
● Highly organized, reliable and great focus
Other Information:
● Full Time Remote work
● At least 40 hours per week, 9am to 6pm Mon-Fri, Philippine Hours
● Main and Backup computer with at least i3 processor and 8gb RAM
● Stable Internet connection with Backup, with at least 10mbps speed
● With 2-3 years of solid experience as Business Analyst, Project Manager, Implementation Manager ideally in a technology startup
