This is a remote position that can be done anywhere. However, in cases where physical presence is required to effectively implement the project, the candidate must agree to attend to client requirements in-person to ensure seamless delivery and demonstrate quality service that ProSpark adheres to.
● Analyze product specifications and create Project Timelines according to client requirements, collaborating with the key personnel in technology and infrastructure teams
● Form initial scope assessments, define work plans and roadmaps and oversee groups executing implementation plans
● Ensure the project runs according to the project timeline; monitor, control, and support service delivery; ensuring systems, methodologies, and procedures are in place and followed
● Ensure that training is in place to educate clients and/or their users on how to use the platform
● Monitor all implementation requests and communicate them to the technology team for proper action
● Monitor deployed learning systems past roll out and create reports detailing insights and potential improvements for future initiatives
● Drive internal and client review meetings covering performance, service improvements, quality, and processes
● Analysis/Solution Generation – Resolve complex, non-routine problems & issues where no precedent has been established or exist
● Translate business objectives into a set of capabilities and features to be implemented: Analyze high-level business requirements & determine what existing capabilities need to be enhanced or developed for client implementation. Surface up or escalate deviations from the norm or standard.
● Customer liaison, relationship building, and communications – Build rapport and working relationships with associates from other departments and our business partners
● Perform ad-hoc gap analysis & solutions to solve implementation challenges while maximizing the use of the existing portfolio of capabilities and feature

● Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in any of the following fields, or similar:
- Business IT
- Business Systems Engineering
- Business Administration
- Information Technology
- Computer Science
● At least 5 years of experience in fast-paced project management or supervisory role, including experience successfully leading teams
● Have knowledge of productivity tools and software
● Able to demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach to daily tasks
● Strong English communication skills
● With demonstrated leadership and presentation skills
● Excellent customer facing/customer service skills
● Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
● Able to demonstrate a high degree of flexibility including shift and out of hours working
● Willing to do client meetings when necessary
