• Daily Monitoring, Controlling & checking the working of the agents, on the floor.
• Ensuring daily productivity targets, for all agents are met.
• Daily Briefing for the agents.
• Ensure Agents follow guidelines, SOP & Quality Control.
• Coaching, mentoring of the low-performing agents.
• Review performance by agents.
Weekly
• Review performance of every Collection team member
• Review result for QC collection team
Monthly
• Finalize performance collection overall base on (break down per desk)
• Compile report performance collection
• Prepare incentive calculation based on performance and scheme
• Prepare overtime to propose for desk collection, admin support
• Coaching low-performance desk collection team member
