• To ensure the team deliver a superior customer experience
• To identify opportunities for improved operational performance at each inspection point through regular visits
• To lead and guide inspectors to manage their inspection points effectively; coach them for operational excellence
• To identify and resolve business risks/issues in a timely manner.
• To maintain updated operation documentation for reference purposes
• To lead the development and deployment of local marketing strategies to grow sales at each inspection point
• To ensure all inspectors are trained regularly on service, ops procedures and business processes

• Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices
• Strong knowledge of Key Performance Indicator (KPI) for inspection
• Leadership skills and staff management skills
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Have good data analysis and presentation skills
