In general, this person will set up the location and the team (expect 10-15 members)
Specific responsibilities:
• Plan & implement customer acquisition campaigns (online & offline marketing, event management, partnerships, etc.)
• Oversee P&L of the Operations & business
• In charge of hiring, charting direction and execution of deliverables to maintain a revenue and cost metrics/ scooters to manpower ratios
• Leading the team of marketing, business development, operations (ground, warehouse), customer service, government relations
• Identify key channels & develop local partnerships to help generating demand for your city

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Minimum 4 years experience as Branch Manager or City Launchers (City Head).
• Must have experience in auto industry
• Fluent in English (Business level).
• Possess an excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels (because this person will work and communicate directly with team in Singapore)
• Has a strong organizational, problem solving and analytical skills.
• Has a commitment to excellence and high standards.
• Have good relationship and competent of dealing with people.
• Demonstrates proficiency in supervising and motivating subordinates.
• Must have experience in auto industry
• Fluent in English (Business level).
