This person will take care one of these 2 businesses at Carro:

1. C2B - Buying cars in Indonesia and bring to tech platform of Carro
Connecting car sellers seamlessly to both individual buyers and industry dealers, facilitating as a conduit through which both parties can achieve maximum value for their car goals.

2. B2C - Selling cars to retailers or car buyers
Bringing car viewing and purchase out of the conventional car dealership showroom and into the realm of everyday convenience for customers – viewing of inventory online, transaction management and closing via digital processes.

Specific responsibilities:
• Strategize effective business development solutions to achieve industry-forward technological goals
• Innovate, implement and execute strategies to accelerate business expansion
• Responsible for product planning and execution throughout the product life cycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, working closely with the development teams, sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met
• Collaborate well in a team and across cross-functional teams within CARRO to scope product requirements, bridging gaps and aligning all teams involved
• Play a crucial role in managing timelines and mitigating risks in the line of business, while building a remarkable reputation for our brand
• Review and analyse actual performance data and evaluate monthly business reports to make sound business decisions.
• Establish key business strategy processes and frameworks to meet stipulated KPI
• Develop and motivate high-performing teams through coaching, challenging opportunities and recognizing the impact made by team members
• Stay up-to-date on the latest automotive trends and devise innovative technological solutions to incorporate into new or existing products and services
• Report directly to and work closely with the Head of Singapore Marketplace

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- 25 - 40 years old
- People from 3 categories would be suitable:
+ Professional services (consultancy etc) people looking to move into operations or tech; or
+ Motivated and energetic people from other start-ups; or
+ People from corporates looking to take on more responsibilities or looking to get into tech
- Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience
- Highly adaptable, resourceful and tenacious individuals
- Passion for or strong interest in cars will be highly beneficial
- Outstanding communication, presentation, organizational and time management skills
- Adaptable, extremely driven and goal oriented
- Sharp and analytical problem-solving skills
- Collaborative, astute, and a team player
