• Design, set up and maintenance of a series of automated reports and dashboards.
• Understand the information needs from other teams and ensuring that BI solutions are an excellent fit to their evolving needs.
• Work with product managers and developers to help shape and drive the development of BI infrastructure including reporting and analytics platforms
• Design SLA standards for all e-channels and continually improve those standards to compete with competitors in the marketplace.
• Establish effective performance and productivity measurement system for each unit as well as overall department, and ensure that system is in place.
• Monitoring, tracking and data analysis in any aspect concerning high productivity and attain quality assurance.
• Review reporting requirements, develop, evaluate & maintain performance-monitoring system to track channels performance and customer and customer satisfaction
• Control quality of e-business operations, customer support, as well as e-business channels

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience as Business Intelligence
• Familiarity with BI technology (e.g. Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, Cognos, SAS, etc.)
• Knowledge of SQL queries
• Proven abilities to take initiative and be innovative
• Analytical mind with problem-solving attitude
• Ability to impact operations and effect change without being confrontational
• Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive
• Ability to work independently and with others
• Extremely organized with strong time-management skills
• Minimum 2 years of experience as Business Intelligence
