• Setting the bar high: from shaping operational guidelines and checklists to ensure we’re delivering best-in-class copy and design in our campaigns
• Develop Carro Indonesia brand assets
• Take care of the correct use and application of the brand at locations throughout the country
• Design and keep brand assets up-to-date.
• Work with the team to implement data-driven methodologies to validate hypothesis and incrementally from campaigns and initiatives
• Build and continuously improve our Marketing and Growth strategy alongside the team, guaranteeing that we’re focusing in the right problems and that we’re being effective in it
• Understanding the market and customers in the region so you can guide the team on how and where should we put our focus on
• Launching campaigns, optimizing its performance, preparing campaign reports and recommendations, improving company's best practices and collaborating with internal teams to establish processes for creative deliverable and streamline campaign management

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• 2-4 years of experience in one of these skills: Copywriting, Graphic Design, Videography (or having all 3 skills is really good!)
• Used to work in startups or tech marketplaces
• Used to plan and implement marketing strategy
• Outstanding communication, presentation, organizational and time management skills
• Adaptable, extremely driven and goal oriented
• Sharp and analytical problem-solving skills
• Collaborative, astute, and a team player
• Proactivity, bring fresh creative ideas that take us to a new stadium.
• It has to be a person who combines creativity with strategic thinking.
• Test, Test, Test. Understand that we are a company in full development so there are no established rules. Our methodology is to test, measure and iterate.

• You’re able to both build a high-level strategy or identify a problem on the settings of a paid search campaign with the same confidence level
