• Handle and review full set of accounts.
• Ensure strict adherence to account closing deadlines and completeness of reporting of the Company.
• Prepare monthly operations reports and sales commission computation.
• Review submissions
• Prepare Group consolidation, financial reports and analysis.
• Assist on year-end audit.
• Monitor cash flow requirements and bank accounts
• Liaise with external auditors on audit-related matters
• Liaise banks, tax agents and government agencies.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and filing of all necessary financial records.
• Take charge and handle administrative matters.
• Ad hoc duties as and when required

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Minimum 2 years experience as a Finance Manager
• Have experience in startup environment
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
• Experience in the financial sector with previous possible roles such as financial analyst
• Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns
• Proficient user of finance software
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Detail oriented and excellent organizational skills
• Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used
• A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles
• Have experience in startup environment
