Key responsibilities include:
- Establish yearly and quarterly marketing and communication plans based on market understanding, best practices, and the latest media opportunities
- Establish budget, monitor spend and performance, and continuously optimize the spend in line with our goals
- Lead a team of specialists to deliver: ○ Brand marketing:
+ Continue to establish our positioning through ongoing branding deliverables, B2B events and demand generation
+ Manage strategic relationships and partnerships
+ Manage relationships with local and international media ○ Online marketing:
+ Generate sales leads by buying Facebook and Google ads, continuously optimizing quality of leads, number of leads, cost per lead, creative assets, buying audiences, conversion rate to tours, etc. in close partnership with our Business Development team
- Manage our online presence on Google Maps pages, listings on other websites ○ Digital/social communication:
- Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (LinkedIn, Facebook. Instagram, etc.)
- Website and SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)
- Monthly eDMS to internal and external audiences
○ Internal (member) communications: posters, POSM, digital screens, community management
in social groups
○ Launch campaigns: deliver integrated marketing campaigns for new locations across eDM, SEO/SEM, digital, editorial, SEO, PR
- Build and update measurement frameworks and ensure continuous visibility into marketing activities performance for all internal stakeholders
In this, you will be supported by a team of experts- will run a team that includes:
- A designer to create digital, social, and print assets
- a content creator who reports the news of Dreamplex to internal and external audiences
- A content/communications manager who story-tells mostly to external audiences
- A digital media planner/buyer who drives demand and leads
- A purchase officer to print & produce assets
