Advocate with the government, NGOs and client partners to build society-wide support for on-demand pay model:
- Identify priority stakeholders for the on-demand pay model in the government (e.g. MOLISA), NGOs and related parties (e.g. Labor Union, SME Association, VCCI)
- Research,synthesize advocacy materials on the on-demand pay model •Build and execute engagement plans to win trust and support from key stakeholders
- Build awareness of Nano and on-demand pay model in public forums

- At least 3-5 years experience in same position
- Experience with Fintech startups
- You are keen on making structural and long-term changes happen
- You fight for the rights of the underprivileged working people
- Experienced in working with and influencing priority stakeholders
- Energetic, adventurous, gritty with passion for policy advocacyand for building trusted relationship
- Comfort with a fast-paced environment and changing requirements
- Plus if with experiences at: IFC, ILO, UNDP, Betterwork, MOLISA
- Experience with Fintech startups
- You are keen on making structural and long-term changes happen
