- Build up and expand service network at 5-15 hubs/month doing first mile and last mile delivery
- Build up and manage a team of 500-2000 people across provinces in charge
- Identify and proactively solve issues happened during daily operations
- Optimize processes to improve lead time and cost frequently
- Responsible for KPIs on quality, quantity, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Recruit candidates in Northern Vietnam (except for Hanoi because we already have Region Manager in this region)
- At least 5 years of proven working experience as a logistics manager
- Record of successful distribution and logistics management
- Proven track of setting up process of a new project or start-up phrase of logistics service
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
- Strong leadership talent, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Good personal presentation
- Ability to make decisions under pressure
- Good commercial and business understanding
- Can travel frequently for business purpose
- Can communicate in English
