- Investigating user experience design requirements for our suite of digital assets.
- Professional Certificate in UX Designer / Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand.
- Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
- Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets.
- Testing UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages.
- Collaborating with the project team, and internal and external designers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user.
- Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyze and predict user behavior.

- Proficient knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and other graphics related software.
- A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and overall design aesthetic, capable of creating pixel perfect design.
- Experience with cross-browser and multi-platform solutions (Internet Explorer 8,9,10, Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari…).
- Having at least 2 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer.

Bước 1 : Nhận hồ sơ ứng tuyển
- HR nhận hồ sơ ứng tuyển từ email Headhunt
- HR sẽ collect hồ sơ ứng tuyển và xét duyệt lần 1 trong 1-3 ngày
- Kiểm tra và đọc sơ qua hồ sơ ứng viên phù hợp tiêu chí tuyển dụng của công ty .
Bước 2 : Xét duyệt Hồ sơ lần 2
- HR sẽ gửi hồ sơ đã được xét duyệt lần 1 cho từng bộ phận đang tuyển dụng
- Xét duyệt hồ sơ lần 2 , với người đứng đầu đơn vị liên quan
- Lựa chọn ứng viên có chuyên môn phù hợp và liên hệ phỏng vấn
Bước 3 : Phỏng Vấn Ứng Viên
- HR liên hệ và xác định ngày giờ địa điểm phỏng vấn
- Gửi mail cho các bên liên quan ( ứng viên & Headhunt )
- Phỏng Vấn duy nhất một vòng, các bên than dự Bao gồm ( HR, trưởng phòng, và CTO or CPO )
Bước 4 Gửi Mail Ứng viên Trúng tuyển
- Trong vòng 1 tuần kể từ ngày phỏng vấn, HR sẽ có được đánh giá và lựa chọn ứng viên phù hợp với công việc.
- HR gửi Email nhận việc or từ chối cho ứng viên (sẽ BCC cho Headhunt để follow )
- HR nhận hồ sơ ứng tuyển từ email Headhunt
- HR sẽ collect hồ sơ ứng tuyển và xét duyệt lần 1 trong 1-3 ngày
- Kiểm tra và đọc sơ qua hồ sơ ứng viên phù hợp tiêu chí tuyển dụng của công ty .
