• Sell online advertising solutions on Jualo.id, Jualo.com, to used car dealers and other players in the used car ecosystem;
• Promote and create listings for online advertising for customers looking to sell their used cars;
• Develop strategies to achieve the short and long term sales closure rates between customers who list and buyers who browse listings;
• Plan advertising activities such as identifying customers, managing resources, and setting deadlines;
• Prepare sales presentations and proposals for customers or used car dealers;
• Be a trusted adviser throughout the sales cycle;
• Maintain good relationship with clients to ensure continuous business growth;
• Ensure on-time delivery and quality of the listings;
• Analyze and interpret campaign effectiveness;
• Determine sales forecast and present the figures to the management and customers;
• Develop innovative and creative ideas for increasing sales;
• Determine new sales opportunities by studying the latest market trends

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• We are looking for a sales colleague with a solid background in digital and sales, to join our offices in Indonesia.
• 4-7 years of relevant experience
• Used to study abroad or spend time overseas
• At least 1 year working in startups or tech marketplaces
• Minimum 2 years of sales or digital experience;
• Understanding of the classifieds business;
• Previous experience in a classifieds company (work experience, university studies, personal projects, certificates and diplomas);
• Ability in English.
• You will be part of the winning Advertising & Consignment Team, responsible for driving excellent results for customers through consultative selling of auto-consignment solutions for customers and used car dealers.

• Demonstrate strong influencing and negotiation skills;
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork player;
