● To regularly document update, execute and communicate new policies or procedures to improve the current work scope’s Standard Operation Procedure (SOP)
2. Relationship Management (Communication)
- Client:
● To ensure two-way constructive communication with the client in any required information exchange
● Monthly meeting summary to communicate a commercial, operational strategy for expectation management
- Team and Upper Management:
● Communication with Supervisor, team members, and related departments for all Commercial / Operational related plans, strategies, execution, and alignment
3. Target Setting and Goal Hit
● Monthly breakdown of commercial and operational goal settings
● Yearly commercial strategy to be aligned with expected sales targets
● Monthly follow up with the clients on target-driven pipelines
4. Campaign Management
● Plan, prepare, and execute all commercial executions (Campaign mechanics, pricing strategies, campaign acquisition
● Segregate, define and justify campaign allocation with related commercial reasonings
5. Demand/Stock Management
● To ensure accurate inventory management from demand forecast planning
● To ensure timely stock inbound for stock availability
● Collaborate and communicate between external and internal parties to ensure streamlined information exchange in all inventory planning
6. Data collection and Reporting
● Consolidate, summarise and compile sales reports for both external/internal parties in a timely manner (depending on agreement)
● Consolidate, summarise and compile key account data (e.g. Page View, Conversion Rate, Basket Size, Follower Count)
● Weekly reporting to Supervisor / related team member if necessary
● Scheduling and presentation of performance reports to key account’s owners
7. Product Masterlist Management
● Accurate and constant updates on the product Masterlist details
● Plan, update, execute new format of Masterlist if necessary
8. Finance
● Consolidate, summarise and compile financial related reports for both external/internal parties in a timely manner (for e.g. Rebate report)
● Communicate with the finance team to maintain an accurate, timely, and healthy payment cycle
9. Client Acquisition
● To execute or assist in all tasks of new customer acquisition (lead generation, presentation, negotiation, onboarding, etc.)
● To perform administrative works related to new customer acquisition and client onboarding

● Fluent in Thai and English.
● Energetic, enthusiastic, and commercial-driven.
● Able to do more for the team, able to work independently under pressure.
● Start-up mentality and a strong will to succeed.
● At least Bachelor Degree in e-commerce or any other e-commerce related fields.
