- Responsible to prepare an annual plan/ JBP with target setting in compliance with the client’s business direction
- With high demand planning skills including stocks purchase or replenishing plans
- Assist to provide guidance and training to the Key Account Associates. Demand training from platforms if required.
- Core responsibilities include relationship building, manage a supply chain including demand planning/ stock management, campaign promotion management and monitoring, run business analytics & suggest solutions, ensure operation performance is up to KPI set, and prepare required reports/ post mortem/ billings.
- Maintain close relationships with clients and strategic partners. Ensure clients issues are addressed and fixed in a timely manner. Monthly meeting & daily communication with client and platform PIC is necessary.
- Establish marketing planning and execution by employing business analytics to recommend and execute marketing strategy for clients assigned to complement to client’s overall business planning
- Coordinate with internal departments: operation team, listing team, content marketing team, customer service team to make sure key elements are provided to each team to ensure the key functions of these teams can be operated smoothly
- Coordinate with Business Intelligence to plan new and restructured existing reports for business analysis
- Prepare reports and conduct performance reviews with clients and the marketplace on a weekly or monthly basis
- Maintain master product list accuracy and process billings such as statement, claim invoices efficiently in a timely manner
- Conduct stocktake and reconcile inventory reports.
- Strive to push new initiatives to improve all SOP and processes
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Minimum 1- 2 years experience in eCommerce Compulsory criteria in eCommerce knowledge.

- Experience with online marketing/ merchandising and or campaign planning is a plus
- Experience in account management, retail procurement or project management in the fields of e-commerce advertising will be an added advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in E-Commerce/ Business Administration Management/ Marketing/ Finance is preferred
