- To interact with the customer and internal teams to gather requirements for development purposes.
- To perform activities related to enhancement creation of documents for CMMi and client requirements
- To provide client support by presenting data, information, ticket resolution and day to day support activities like monitoring client requirements
- To provide support for enhancement (major and minor) or new developments based on business requirements as provided by the client as well as from the functional and technical team of HCL on the project.
- To provide technical guidance to junior developers

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- At least 7 years' experience with Office 365 design and architecture
- Should be aware about Microsoft standards for development & Usage
- Experience in SharePoint Online (SPO) modern capabilities and features
- Expertise in SPO related customizations and moderniza

- Phỏng vấn toàn bộ bằng tiếng anh. Hiện tại do Covid nên phỏng vấn online. Tiếng anh giao tiếp tự tin là được, không cần quá tốt. Khi phỏng vấn, interviewer người Ấn sẽ nói chậm, điều chỉnh giọng nói để dễ nghe. Không làm test.
- Báo cáo công việc trực tiếp cho PM hoặc Lead Engineer người Ấn
- Tổng nhân sự ở HCL Vietnam: Khoảng 24 thành viên
- Tổng nhân sự tech ở HCL Vietnam: 7-8 thành viên
- Có cấp laptop cho nhân viên (thinkpad)
