And to collaborate with different systems in an Agile project delivery model defining the functional specifications that all development branches must adhere to Architecture, FE, BE, etc. You will be the owner of the business requirements and their achievement and you will be accountable for any deviation with respect to the client specifications and expectations.

- Experience in communication with the client (+3 years)
- Very good understanding of the client business proposition (you will be able to design the best functional solution only if you have a whole picture of the client business proposition)
- Analytical capacity to manage complex requirements and find solutions that cover all of them in a balanced way, even those that may be divergent.
- IT understanding but is not necessary IT expertise
- 3+ years of experience defining Quality Assurance (Testing) scenarios to guaranty the adherence of the developments to the business requirements.
- Skills (Non-Technical): Influencing skills at multiple levels within the client organization as well as internally throughout the organization. Roles at this level will often be the main contact to senior level clients and be the first escalation point for communications
- Must have resilience and the ability to work well under pressure
- Good communication skills: speaking and writing (presentations)
- Should be hardworking and ready to put extra efforts as per project need
- Ability to speak in public
- Should be able a quick learner and adapt to change.
- Ability to handle multiple concurrent activities and projects
- Ability to work along with team distributed across locations
- Strong sense of ownership for assigned projects
- Able to articulate well on the solution(s)
- Able to work as a team
- Good English communication
