Mô tả công việc

- Actively work with and manage a wide range of business and technology stakeholders to ensure quality delivery of the projects.
- Actively manage project conflicts, dependencies, changes to scope, cost or schedule, risks, and issues, and ensure plans are in place to mitigate them with urgency and communicate these to the relevant stakeholders timely.
- Deal with all project-related escalations, and seek input and assistance from appropriate channels to resolve these timely.
- Make or facilitate the making of decisions promptly.
- Manage the project scope, schedule, and project resources.
- Manage project stakeholders with effective communication.
- Identify and manage project risk and issues and manage change requests.
- Ensure project quality and adhere to corporate project governance policy and ensure proper project closure.
- Perform regular quality assessment, submit quality checklist, testing, and defects report
- Drive project forward to meet project objective with GFT Delivery Managers (APAC and/or European countries)
- Deliver projects in both Agile and Waterfall approaches and function as the Scrum Master when delivering projects in the Agile approach.
- Develop and maintain a detailed project plan
- Accurate and timely monthly project status reporting (PSR)

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- At least 10+ years' experience leading multi-regional / distributed Agile development project teams for international clients with roles Project Manager/Senior Project, Program Manager, Project Head, Head of PMO
Banking/finance, fintech or financial services industry experience.
- Technical background is advantageous to enable understanding of technical decisions and drive communication with Product team and/or Client team on client-facing projects, conducting scoping and defining deliverables
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technology. PMP Certification, CITPM Certification, or similar project management certifications.
- Outstanding verbal and written English skills, and experience communicating with staff on all levels

- Problem-solving, sense of ownership and track record in leadership
