- Work with HR officer to maintain and ensure HR tasks run smoothly;
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management if required
- Manage budgeting and make petty cash report monthly;
- Organize company seminars, birthday, parties, outdoor activities, etc;
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data;
- Track stocks of office supplies/equipment and place orders (water, snacks, etc) when necessary;
- Support to create an exciting, harmonious and enjoyable working environment to attract new talents into the organization;
- Support to create and maintain an exciting, harmonious and enjoyable working environment to maximize staff retention. Including working with Line Managers to recommend social activities to maintain/improve team work, communication, service, loyalty and retention;
- Conduct staff on-boarding and off-boarding process full cycle;
- Support in recruitment process including conducting of reference checks;
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary;
- Have experience in setting up a company in Vietnam, working with lawyer and other departments;
- Other tasks assigned by Office Manager

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities;
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills ;
- Good at English competency;
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles;
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office;
