- Create and implement the company’s operations policies
- Analyze data from shipping and delivery processes to solve bottlenecks and other issues
- Monitor logistics to make sure they run smoothly
- Maintain and manage supply chain inventory and records
- Find cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes
- Resolve issues that come up during daily operations (e.g. delays in delivery, accidents)
- Ensure supply chain processes & policies meet legal requirements and standards
- Communicate and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to land more profitable deals
- Ensure high operations standards by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to store assistants and managers
- Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
- Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Deal with all issues that arise from staffs or customers (complaints, grievances etc)
- Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance
- Additional store manager duties as needed
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an operations manager or relevant roles for supply chain/convenience store
- Computer skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Internet applications required
- Powerful leading skills and business orientation
- Customer management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- BS degree in Business Administration or relevant field

The operations manager will be parked under the convenience store project but that is still being incorporated.

6. Special notice for Operations Manager: Experience in an actual convenience store chain and understanding how to create policies is important. Recruit local Vietnamese only, no foreigners. That’s all
7. Interviewing process: 1 phone screening and 2 rounds of interviews.

- For the operations manager, as we are planning to launch a chain, there are plenty of opportunities for this as well. Operations will be massive once we grow to more than 100 stores, nationwide.
10. Working hours
- For operations Manager: Generally 9am-6pm, 5.5 working days, but we're looking for someone hands on especially during our launch phase.
13. Office in D1 (we are moving in January, so CEO can share the location with the candidate once they are successful)
This person will be expected to travel to the branches and stores whenever necessary.
