- Develop the integrated logistics services of SCS through networking, approaching, consulting for clients who have demand of logistics services
- Closely work with internal departments to work out the best solutions for clients
- Maintain and develop relationship with current and new clients
- Lead and support team’s sales activities to maximize and increase the business chance/business deal
- Build sales strategies/program for team to achieve the business’ goal
- Be channel to implement and communicate the company’s strategy to sales team
- Advise Head of business to improve the business process, policies
Customer:
- Ensure quality of customer service for internal and external clients through prompt feedback and suitable solutions timely
Financial:
- Ensure debit note/debts is timelly collected
Management/People:
- Provide training and coaching for staffs to ensure their qualified competencies to meet the demand of organization’s objective
- Work closely with HR to get involved in process of hiring, performance evaluation & management, individual development plan of staffs
Others:
- Do weekly, monthly, yearly report to Head of Business Unit/Top Management
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and policies of company
- Other tasks assigned from time to time according to company’s strategy

- Market insight of particular products of company (USA, Canada/Japan, China route)
