The Technical Consultant provides technical consultancy and implementation services to clients and/or potential clients in pre-sales, project implementation and post- sales activities.
- Formulating and leading presales technical / functional support activity to
prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Develops and delivers outstanding presentations and demonstrations.
- Provides direction and specialist knowledge in applying the technology/application to client business.
- Create presentations and design architecture diagrams to present solutions to customer executives
- Developing long lasting and high-quality business relationships with clients by instilling trust and confidence
- Working directly with clients to understand their business strategy, program
requirements & processes
- Scoping the client solution to enable accurate estimation of the effort

- Experience minimum of 4 years with Dynamics CRM or major CRM Solutions
- Deep functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions & integrations
- Industry expertise of strategic sectors
- Outstanding documentation and communication skills
- Experience of developing creative and client-pleasing solutions to complex business problems
- Exceptional ability and experience in preparation of proposals, responses and contracts
- Demonstrable Program level Solution Architect experience
- Excellent working knowledge of Solution and Integration Design
- Relevant Microsoft certifications
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Deep functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions & integrations
- Industry expertise of strategic sectors
- Outstanding documentation and communication skills

Ứng viên cần hiểu về Microsoft service, ưu tiên có certificate của Microsoft. Chủ yếu là chuyên môn tốt, tiếng Anh không quá quan trọng. Cần ứng viên có IT background sâu, học và làm việc triển khai dự án của khách hàng về Microsoft.
