Recruitery is Vietnam’s leading talent referral-based platform for employers that are proactive about approaching the best talent through referrals. Recruitery allows companies to unleash the power of networks through one single platform.
In just 7 months, over 200 companies use Recruitery to assist their talent acquisition efforts. Over 2,000 headhunters have registered on the platform.
In order for us to continue providing the best experience for our ever-growing user and customer base, we are looking for an HR Consultant who helps us take good care of companies and recruiters/headhunters.
• Building and implementing HR policies and processes
• Managing various aspects of HR processes and practices, including recruitment, employee on-boarding and off-boarding, engagement compensation and benefits, employee relations, learning and development company compliance
• In charging of insurance, tax and other legal matters needed in the company.
• Maintaining physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits and attendance records
• Overseeing employee satisfaction, productivity
• Building and maintaining positive cultural values.
• Setting up and implementing proper administrative procedures
• Evaluating employee performance and appraising their pay scale accordingly

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Below 1992
- Bachelor in Humane Resources, Business Administration, … or related fields).
- At least 2 years of related working experience (HR generalist role, tech companies, strong: recruiting, engagement,...)
- Not hiring the candidate who has solid experience with traditional companies.
- Knowledge of administrative tasks and responsibilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Vietnamese)
- Advanced computer skills, including data entry, data processing, communication tools, payroll and human resources software
- Problem-solving skills and resourceful thinking
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and G-Suite
- Have laptop for working.
PERSONAL QUALITIES:
- Teamwork eagerness.
- Responsibility, self-motivation, independence.
- Ability to meet goals on time with less supervision
- Ability to work under pressure
- Be comfortable wearing many hats as we adapt to meet our audience’s needs
- Startup mentality: self-starter, proactive, flexible.
- Strong empathy and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
